I am Michael. I am currently in Asia, mostly using walking videos as a way to notice what is happening in my life and think through it in public.

The transcripts are here because YouTube is not a great archive. I want the videos to become readable, searchable, copyable records instead of disappearing into a feed.

Essays may live elsewhere for now. This site is the stable place for transcripts and field notes.
